Henry George Munsey (born 21 February 1993) is a Scottish cricketer.[1] He was selected to represent Scotland for their T20I tour of Ireland in June 2015 and the 2015 ICC World Twenty20 Qualifier in July 2015.[2] He made his Twenty20 International (T20I) debut against Ireland on 18 June 2015.[3] He made his first-class debut for Northamptonshire against the Australians on 15 August 2015.[4] He made his One Day International (ODI) debut against Hong Kongon 22 January 2017.[5]

On 21 April 2019, playing for Gloucestershire 2nd XI against Bath in an unofficial Twenty20 match, Munsey scored 147 runs in 39 balls. His century was brought up in 25 balls, having scored his fifty in 17 balls, whilst he also scored six sixes in an over as Gloucestershire 2nd XI made 326/3 from their 20 overs.[6]

it took 17 balls for the batsman to get to his fifty and in the next eight deliveries, he reached the triple-digit mark in double-quick time.
An unofficial Twenty20 game between Gloucestershire 2nd XI and Bath CC saw records tumble thanks to Scotland batsman George Munsey, who smashed a fierce 39-ball 147.
Munsey's partner GP Willows also struck a quick century off 53 balls, however, it was the former who stole the show, and with the help of their No.3 batsman Tom Price, who made a 23-ball 50, Gloucestershire 2nd XI posted an unbelievable 326/3 from their 20 overs.

The highest individiual score in T20 cricket is held by Chris Gayle, who made 175* for Royal Challengers Bangalore in the IPL powered them to 263/5, while the highest team score was set by Afghanistan earlier this year against Ireland, when they smashed 278/3, with Hazratullah Zazais blazing 162 not out.

The Scotland batsman's impressive innings featured five fours and 20 sixes including an over in which he slammed six sixes in a row, with the entertaining knock lasting around 50 minutes. Gayle's knock for Bangalore is the quickest 100 in T20 cricket, but Munsey brought his ton up in just 25 deliveries, five deliveries quicker than the Universe Boss.
The knock had echoes of another rapid hundred in an unofficial game, with Surrey's Will Jacks also having raced to a 25-ball century recently, in a T10 warm-up v Lancashire. His knock also included six sixes in an over.
